When will my cookies be delivered?
Our cookies take 1–2 business days for delivery. When selecting your delivery date, be sure to choose a day that’s 1–2 days before you actually need them. While we do everything we can to get your cookies to you on time, please note that once they’re with the courier, any delays are beyond our control.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we proudly offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand, ensuring you can enjoy our cookies no matter where you are. When selecting your delivery date, be sure to choose a day that’s 1–2 days before you actually need them. While we do everything we can to get your cookies to you on time, please note that once they’re with the courier, any delays are beyond our control.
What are your pickup hours at the Kitchen?
Our kitchen is open for pickups Tuesday to Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM at 9A Akatea Road, Glendene 0604. Simply place your order online and select the pickup option at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
How should I store my cookies?
To maintain freshness, keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For extended storage, freeze them for up to 3 months. To enjoy them as fresh as day one, pop them in the oven at 160°C for 3-5 minutes or microwave for 15-20 seconds.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Currently, our cookies contain gluten and dairy. We're exploring options for gluten-free and vegan offerings—stay tuned!
